If service is less than $25 you will be confirmed without deposit. Remaining balance is accepted in cash or card on file. FOR FIRST TIME RESCHEDULE ONLY: (IN ORDER TO TRANSFER DEPOSIT TO ANOTHER DAY WHEN RESCHEDULING PLEASE CONTACT ME. CANCELLING WILL CAUSE YOU TO PAY ANOTHER DEPOSIT. I WILL RESCHEDULE FOR YOU) Please cancel 24 to 48 hours in advance. Deposits are transferable ONE time if canceled in a TIMELY MANNER. After that you must pay another deposit for next appointment. Same day cancellation must pay a same day cancellation fee of 50% and deposit when rebooking. Please arrive on time! After 15min you will have to reschedule. If you no call no show you will be charged 50% of your appointment. No call no show more than once I will no longer service you. My time is valuable just as yours is so please be respectful of that. If you are more than 15 minutes late there will be a late fee of $15. If I’m still able to work you in there will still be a late fee. 💫FOR LASHES: NO EYE CONTACTS ‼️ please arrive with a clean fresh face and eyes! That mean NO makeup, No lash strips, NO caked up glue, NO oil etc. A $10 fee will be added if I have to clean your eyes and face of excessive makeup and old glue. If you have any issues at time of service please communicate that before you leave. You have 72 hours to communicate any issues once you have left. After that you will need to book a fill in. Follow after care instructions given for best retention. I highly recommend purchasing SFB LASH BATH for home. Two Week fill ins are recommended after two weeks you will need to book a full set. If before/after hour or off day emergency appointment is needed there will be a fee of $35. You will need to contact me so we can arrange the appointment if I’m available to do so. 💫FOR WAXING: Please arrive clean and bathed. Any intolerable smell and I will not service you and you will have to reschedule. 💫FOR FACIALS: Please arrive with no make up including lash strip or individual lashes. They will not last ! Lash extensions are the only lashes that will hold up during the facial process. THANK YOU !
